Management Overview

• Collect and disperse the rent
• Manage the tenant per your lease terms and coordinate repairs
• Process and coordinate eviction if necessary

Leasing Fees are equal to one months rent.

Management fees are $150 per month and does not start until the second month.

Tenant Placement Overview

• Properties are marketed on free and paid websites through the MLS and sites like Zillow
• We place a sign and lockbox on the property for all Real Estate showings.
• Screen calls from prospective tenants and do a complete credit, criminal,
• Eviction and Rental History check
• We Prepare the Lease and Collect the first month’s rent and security deposit .
